Data Privacy
SkyWays SPRL, as the responsible body, is pleased to welcome you to our website and thanks you for your interest in our company. Your privacy when using our website is very important to us. Please take note of the following information:
Anonymous data collection
You can visit the websites of the service responsible without revealing your identity. We only know the name of your internet provider, the website from which you visit us and the websites you visit with us. This information is processed for statistical purposes. As an individual user, you remain anonymous.
Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data will only be collected if you provide it to us voluntarily, for example when registering on the agency's online site, when taking part in a survey, or when registering for personalized services. Within the scope of the responsible body's personalized services, your registration data will be processed, subject to your consent, for advertising and market analysis purposes or for the creation of electronic services, as required. You may object to the storage of your personal data at any time. Please send us an e-mail to Datenschutz@Lauser-NHK.de with the subject line "delete available data".
The processing and use of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law.
Transfer and processing of data to countries outside the European Economic Area
No data is transferred to countries outside the EEA. The service providers engaged by the responsible body are headquartered and operate their IT infrastructure exclusively within the EEA. Contracts are in place with service providers that comply with data protection and data security standards in accordance with the European Data Protection Directive and German data protection law. Even in cases where external service providers are engaged, SkyWays SPRL remains the body responsible for data processing.
Use and transfer of personal data
Personal data entered on the websites of the service responsible may be used without your consent only for the duration of the contract and the processing of your requests. On the other hand, your data may only be used for advertising or market analysis purposes, or for the design of electronic services tailored to your needs, with your prior consent. The use of your data for personal advertising purposes is subject to your consent. As the consent to the use of your data for the above-mentioned purposes may also include the transfer of your data to the responsible department and to selected partners of the responsible department, your data may also be transferred to these departments. However, no data will be transferred to third parties. You may, of course, revoke your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
External links
In order to keep you as well informed as possible, we provide links to third-party websites on our pages. Where this is not clearly identifiable, we will indicate that this is an external link. The department responsible has no influence on the content and design of these pages, which are created by other operators. The guarantees of this privacy policy therefore do not apply to external service providers.
Use of cookies
The service responsible uses "cookies" to individually measure and optimize the audience and time spent online by customers. A cookie is a text file that is temporarily stored in the computer's RAM ("temporary cookie") or saved on the computer's hard disk ("permanent cookie"). Cookies may contain, for example, information on the user's previous accesses to the corresponding servers, or information indicating which offers the user has consulted to date. Cookies are not used to run programs or install viruses on your computer. The main purpose of cookies is to adapt the offer to the user and to make the use of the service as comfortable as possible.
The service responsible uses temporary and permanent cookies.
Temporary cookies
The service responsible mainly uses temporary cookies, which are not stored on the user's hard disk and disappear when the browser is closed. Temporary cookies are used here for user identification and load balancing.
Permanent cookies
The service responsible also uses "permanent cookies" to record the personal usage parameters that a customer configures when using the services, in order to personalize and improve the service. Thanks to permanent cookies, customers are sure to find the personal settings they have set when they return to the websites. In addition, service providers commissioned by the responsible body to analyze user behavior use persistent cookies to recognize regular users. These services store the data transmitted by cookies on an exclusively anonymous basis. An assignment to the customer's IP address is not provided.
Blocking cookies
Customers can refuse cookies at any time. This is usually done by selecting the appropriate option in the browser settings or by adding programs. For further information, please refer to the help function of the browser used by the customer. If the customer decides to deactivate cookies, however, this may reduce the scope of the service and have negative effects on the use of the responsible operator's services.
Use of analysis programs
The responsible service provider carries out or commissions analyses of customer behavior in connection with the use of its service. To this end, anonymous or pseudonymous user profiles are created. User profiles are created for the sole purpose of continuously improving the service provided by the responsible body.
The cockpit.skyways.be website uses only the Matomo web analysis tool. As this tool is not hosted by an external service provider, but is implemented directly on the server environment of the responsible body, no data transfer to third parties takes place. This data protection declaration therefore applies directly to Matomo.
